I SECOND THE LAST REVIEW! Whenever you need proper advise they tell you, then when you follow up, its a different story or feed of information! I was going to use Legal Shield for some criminal aspects, but im not so sure of the experience level that they can help me out in. Especially from a different province! Save your monthly costs and just talk to a lawyer at the end of the year, all the "advise" cost you could have just paid an actual lawyer the same and already be done with the file!!! NOT WHAT IT WAS TO BE EXPECTED!

Came from Legal Shield, seems pretty big from outside but reality is ...Incompetent, don't even know how to download an attachment in outlook.. yes that is correct I was shocked !!!Rather than taking some Tech lessons will just blame you and make an excuse to keep delaying their response.Worst thing is their emails are ok but they say lots of unprofessional words over phone, because they are off the record! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
