We used Bespoke for our wedding just last weekend in North Vancouver. From the very beginning, the gals at Bespoke were professional, knowledgeable, passionate and eager to see our wedding dream come to life. And that's exactly what they did. We did the full package - months in advance, Bespoke sat down with us to fully understand our vision then put it into motion. However much involvement I wanted, the gave me, otherwise they did all the hard work. They answered all my questions along the way and fulfilled all of my odd requests without question. Mariko was our Lead Designer and the week leading up to the wedding, the weather was not looking favourable. She would text, call and update me as much as I needed so I felt like the vision would still come to life. And despite some rainfall and improvisation day-of, she nailed it! I don't even know how things would have looked different if it had been sunny and I didn't need to. My dream wedding was right in front of my eyes. I 100% recommend Bespoke in whatever capacity you need for decor. These gals will take of you, start to finish and will completely exceed your expectations.
Bespoke decor was such an awesome choice for decor! We decided to rent items a la carte and had two calligraphy signs made for our romantic wedding and Ive never had so many comments on how cool the wedding decor was! We had opted for a lounge (two chaises, settee, coffee table, and a carpet) and it was one of the most photo-oped places in our wedding! People absolutely loved how it made our large scale wedding/venue a little more cozy despite the 240 people. We also rented extra bulb lights and gold candle votives to create more dimension and romance - people kept commenting on how unique our geometric candle votives were! We also had two beautiful calligraphy signs for our buffet menu and guest seating chart - which people also admired! I would highly suggest Bespoke for any unique, vintagesque quirky decor and calligraphy! Thank you for adding an extra touch to our wedding at the Pipe Shop!
We had our May 2018 wedding at Vandusen Gardens. Initially we were thinking of having an outdoor ceremony and an indoor lunch reception. But to avoid having to deal with the chance of rain, we decided to hold both indoors, in the same room. This was perfect because Bespoke Dcor was able to do a room swap for us from ceremony to lunch reception. I was more of a hands-off bride that wasnt particularly keen in being involved in all the details. I left all the creativity up to Jas and Ashton. We only had three meetings in total before the wedding. One was the initial introduction, second was a site visit and third to go over a few final details. For us, we wanted everything to be a surprise to be revealed the day of the wedding. I walked into the room in awe at the amount of detail and care they took to placing every piece of furniture, decoration, etc. They went above and beyond, and even did more than they were obligated to do. And with much speed and efficiency, they swapped the room for lunch. Walking in seeing the head table, I was so happy. I couldnt believe that this was my wedding! It was like something that you would only see in wedding magazines, Instagram or Pinterest.Thank you for making Roy and I feel so special. Thank you for doing more than you needed to.

We used Bespoke for our wedding at the UBC Botanical Gardens. We rented several lawn games, a ceremony arch, the wine barrel bar, and had their team do calligraphy for our welcome sign and seating chart. Throughout the wedding planning process, Lois was very responsive and helpful. All of the Bespoke pieces were beautiful - adding character to and enhancing our garden-themed wedding. Bespoke also set up all of the items on the day of and ensure everything was perfect. The calligraphy bar sign we ordered was accidentally forgotten but Lois had emailed me with a sincere apology and had already refunded me the cost of the sign before I even realise it was missing. Highly recommend renting with Bespoke!
