Matt, Raf & Steven were the best crew we've had in recent memory. Happy crew, very organized & professional - we've had 3 very bad experiences from our past 3 moves, but Green's Team blows them all away; we couldn't be more pleased with this company & their service. Highly recommended!!
We used Green's Moving again for the second time on May 11, 2018. Matt and his crew are the best. They arrived on time and got to work right away. All of the guys are great. They work extremely hard and both times we have used them not one thing has been damaged or broken. They take time to dismantle what is required and wrap up everything before moving it out of the house. They never stopped from the time they arrived to the time we got to the new house and were unloaded. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving. Their rates are great and the service is wonderful. Thanks Matt and all the crew.
Had a 4 man crew last weekend and they were very quick, careful, and extremely friendly. even though it was a long day for them they never complained. The price at the end was very fair for the hours worked and having 2 trucks.I will be recommending them to all my family and friends when they move.
We hired a two-man team from Green's to load our rental U-Haul truck in Burnaby, BC for a long distance move (3.5-4 hrs driving) in September 2017. We drove the truck and unloaded ourselves on the destination end. They were pleasant, very professional, super strong, worked nonstop and packed the truck incredibly efficiently. This saved us time, money and backache, since on our own we surely would not have been able to pack the truck that tightly (despite having done 3+ DIY moves with a U-Haul so far) and would have needed to make multiple trips rather than just one. Matt corresponded with us beforehand and since we were renting our own truck, let us know the supplies we would need (ratchet straps, rental furniture pads) to ensure our stuff didn't shift and get damaged in a long-distance move which included a lot of highway curves going through the mountains. Everything arrived intact with no damage. He also forwarded detailed info prior to move day on how to prep furniture and boxes for faster loading. This was helpful as we were on a budget and trying to minimize the number of hours we needed the Green's team for. Overall, A+ for customer service and satisfaction, worth every penny. I hired Green's based on the excellent reviews, and was not disappointed. Compared to our previous movers, the Green's movers were incredibly efficient and obviously experienced, yet took sufficient care with our possessions. I was impressed with the effort they made. We had prepared for the move well, as they advised us to in their engagement email, and the preparation assisted them so much that the move was vastly quicker (and cheaper!) than our previous move, despite the previous move charging a slightly lower hourly rate. (Don't be fooled by low rates - we spent far less on the Green's move than our last lower-hourly-rate move, and the Green's experience was far better.) The icing on the cake was the friendly, professional crew who were both helpful and capable. I highly recommend them to anyone, and will be calling them if/when we next move!
