Parking is cheap after 6pm but the elevator is out of service after 7pm
I enjoyed parking here until our car got broken into last night in their lot (smashed window). I called customer service to let them know this had happened - I figured they would be interested in cleaning up the glass and informing other customers about the chance of break-ins. I also wanted to confirm that they didn't have cameras. I got the worst customer service experience I have ever had - the agent clearly did not care at all and hung up on me. Don't park in this lot if you value customer service or your car.
Absolute 0 safety. Didn't really have anything worth stealing, but got broken into anyways.
Stay away from Diamond Parking. Enforcement of parking rules are ultra strict and they will not consider any reasonable consideration from loyal customers. Very unfortunate.
Do not park over night here. Very likely you will have your window broken and valuables stolen. We had such happen to us and the car beside us had the same results. Maybe okay for day parking but not at night!
