The 311 line is a joke. Called to report a crime and they talk to you like a dog. No respect. I think it's a black woman who picked up. She must have woke up from the wrong side of the bed because she's rude as hell. Probably feeling herself behind her uniform.Respect the citizen because we're paying your wages, okay? Talking down to good people and doing nothing about the criminals. I'm stating to understand why people hate the police.
