If you're looking for the 1 - 2% of quality Japanese steel, this is the place to go. The sharpening course not only teaches you the theory behind the knife and its steel, but making sure you are equipped with the knowledge with the proper techniques to prolong the life of your knife while keeping it razor sharp regardless of skill level there is always something to learn.

Had a great shopping experience here on a Saturday afternoon. Although their selection was mainly Japanese knives, the owner (???) truly knew everything there was to know about knives and their accessories. Great customer service. Looking forward to learning even more at one of their workshops.
