Love all the cool items you can buy for your house. Price is reasonable too.
This location has terrible customer service. Went to try and EXCHANGE an item with a gift receipt (it was about a week past it's refund date) and the two employees obviously didn't want to help. They clearly did not want to offer the exchange. They kept looking at each other and was obvious something could have been done but they just didn't want to do it. If you don't want to offer exchanges to customers maybe do a better job at training your staff to respond appropriately rather just look at each other and go "i don't think we can do anything about it right?" without even attempting to try. I left the store and phoned another location and explained my situation and without hesitation he said "come down and we will exchange it no problem." The customer service between this location and the 8th Ave and Cambie location is night and day.
