Best pizzas I've ever had! The owner (Jim) is an amazing guy and chef! He loads it up with so much toppings the pizza weighs so heavy! Definitely worth every penny! Love and recommend highly!
Awesome to have a pizza place with gluten-free and dairy-free options for myself and my vegan teenager. Best thing, you can enjoy your Friday night pizza and not feel deprived because the food is delicious plus he puts a *ton* of veggies on each pizza so it's healthy. My 10 year old got to order his usual "ham" and pineapple pizza and ate without complaints. Very happy the owner makes his own cheese as I find Daiya disgusting. Be sure to order a Nanaimo bar; they are better than the original. We'll be back!
They have unique flavors on their menu. I like that they have many food options from pizza to pasta to sandwiches. I have not explored all their food items yet. They have by the slice as well, which is awesome. Typically they have at least two pizzas available by the slice, if not more. The only negative is the wait. But I probably only order during busy times for them. There online ordering system doesn't work properly for me. So calling is typically the best form of communication.
Really ticked off about this. Went for a late lunch after arriving in Vancouver after a 5 hour flight. Looked for vegan options and seen this. Pizza sounded like a great idea. Google said the place was open. When we got there it was closed and looked like anyone hadn't been in there in a while... especially because there was a "return soon" sign saying 11am on the door.. it was like 130pm. The sign on the door also said they were open during this hour. The chairs were up on the tables as well. Ended up going to Virtuous Pie another day for our pizza fix.
Hands down the best vegan pizza we've had.Very friendly service, high quality ingredients, lots of variety, gluten-free options, very generous sizes and use of toppings.The only potential negative is that dining in isn't very comfortable as the store is quite small and a little too warm for my liking. Just an added excuse to get outside and enjoy some fresh air with your delicious pizza.The wait is also a little longer than I'm used to, but I think it just shows that they're actually making your pizza from scratch and putting more effort in than your typical pizza place. Definitely worth the wait.Couldn't recommend more!
