Consistently perfect every time. Great Customer service. Revised Lamb Shank is my favorite. I also tried the Kabab with Sangak bread and fresh basil. It was super delicious. Great manager. Very friendly.
For those looking for tasty Persian food, good service, hospitable Manager/Owner; Do NOT go here. It was a big disappointment for me and my family. The attitude from the Owner or Manager who couldn't even smile or look at us in the eye when speaking. There was an issue will the visa machine, so we had to wait and conduct dialogue with the guy. The kabob tasted like it was old meat, and after all the hassle they charged for every little thing... extra pita slice, extra rice... So many places to go besides this spot.

I went to this place always if I want a great Persian food around Downtown area. I used to go here when it was called Daria Restaurant. Was really happy when Zeitoon opened, because I do not have to travel to North Vancouver for a decent Persian food. Staffs could improve, but I rather go here than other place downtown. (They also do delivery which is convenient)
Customer service ZERO. went there 2 times in 6 days ( it's close to my home) both hostess totally ignored me and didn't offer table for 7 min. Total customer at 4 pm was 2 table. One was on the phone on personal matter, the other one was counting money from the till. When they just opened few years ago food was good & decent customer service, now changed.. Microwaved rice in persian restaurant? You must be kidding me.. Will never go there.
