Great place for family! Super welcoming staff, I love creating my own pizza and their farmers market pizza (it changes every week!) sometimes I just go there for dessert , they make a brownie and ice cream in house! Its some of the best vanilla ice cream Ive had! Id recommend a reservation on weekends between 5 & 7 pm because that place fills up! Will definitely go again!
Our family loves this place. The make-your-own pizza on Sunday and Monday nights is so fun for the kids, and they have a great little play oven to entertain the littles while waiting. Food is absolutely excellent (fig and brie pizza!), the beers on tap are varied and yum, and the service is always spot-on. Try some of their specials--the most recent one I tried with grilled melon was incredible! Love having them in our neighbourhood!
Food: I had a DIY pizza which was delicious. Keep in mind that they do use fresh and local ingredients which is reflective in the price. Its a lively restaurant, so it can be loud. But the servers are great and we were well taken care of!Note: Parking in this neighbourhood can be challenging - if youre lucky, you can find free 2hr parking in the residential areas.
No hassle Gr.1 birthday party!!! Our daughter got invited to a party this long weekend - kids had an amazing time! Staff was super patient and we even had dinner for them afterwards. However, being situated on the busy Main street strip - parking was a pain. I ended up parking on King Edward which is free and walking up to the restaurant.
We had a pizza-making birthday party for my 9-year old and I can't say enough good things about our experience. All the staff were friendly and welcoming but especially the leader of the activities for the kids. They had so much fun making Shirley Temples, frozen yogurt, and of course pizza. Thanks for helping to make the day very special and memorable! We live in Burnaby and will definitely be recommending and making the trip back for dining with friends or family in the future.
