Hands down one of the worst nightclubs in Vancouver. Great stage set-up and sound ruined by horrible customer service. A "VIP Tier" ticket will get you in for a 'special' price of 11 dollars! Great marketing gimmick. Ticket and coat check staff were extremely rude. Bartenders were unqualified. One of them had no idea what stout beer was. You're better off partying in the back alley behind the club where you're not dealing with staff with sticks up their butts. All in all, horrible place. Stay away!
Went on a Saturday, came here because the line was short. The cover was $14, and they only accepted cash payments, + $5 for coat check. The music remixes were terrible! It went from Childish Gambino to some strange latin-sounding music within minutes. the floor was very empty, and nobody was dancing -- those who were, were doing so disturbingly. Hard to have fun in an unsettling atmosphere. Better to wait a longer line than experience this again.
The place is garbage just pure garbage. I highly recommend for anyone not to go. Zero customer service and no respect for customers you pay 12 bucks and the doorknob security that like to call them selves bouncer's lol they will tell you to pay them 20 bucks more if you want to go to the back room even if you were already there and you went to the washroom If you ask why they just push you away special there's one bold head middle eastern he thinks he owes the place I think that's the best job he had in his life lol. Trust me on this one that place is a no go.
I can say that's the top night club in Vancouver the reasons why is : sound quality is amazing good equipments staff is freaking friendly following my experience , music selection think need to b varied not stuck only hip hop for 2 hour then move to latin hits i dkt but overall it s awsome place to have fun and meet new people's
U have to pay 20 dollars to bouncers if u dont want to make a line which is bad for the customers waiting for more than an hour. Those guys makes money just by standing at the gate. I don't recomend to anyone this place.....a full of barber..
