Beautiful beautiful park with lots of amazing trails. My favourite place to socialize and walk my dog off leash. Some trails are leash optional while some are leash required. Keep an eye for the sign. Because the cyclists share the trails, Pacific Spirit might not be the best place for a dog who is reactive to bicycles.

Fantastic beach in beautiful BC! No clothing needed. You can come as Adam and Eve. The water temperature is cold. Around 14 Celcuis is my guess. Disclaimer: you gotta be fit for the stairs. I had to stop 3 times on the way up. But would do it again for sure

Love this park. I've been coming here for 30 years and still don't get tired of it. Lost of trails for all fitness levels here. It is connected to the UBC endowment lands which has countless more trails; mist leash-free which my pooch loves. Beautiful trees and nice, mostly mild, elevation changes. The Regional Scout nite Hike is held here and it is awesome to be able to hike these woods at night. I used to ride my bike through here day and night in the 90's and early 2000's without concerns. I think it is a bit different now. I would not recommend riding alone AT NIGHT any more.

Such a beautiful space on the edge of town. Trails are well planned and maintained, short and long walks are possible, off leash dogs, bicycles and horses permitted on some. The forest is relatively young, less than 100 years old, but of course being in our climate the Douglas fir and hemlock reach a decent height. Lots of salmonberry, huckleberry and salal.

Fantastic place to walk! Trails are clear, well signed, well maintained and easy to moderate difficulty. Best urban park I've ever been to!
