We brought our cat to have his teeth cleaned here and when we came to pick him up the staff said that they couldn't find him. Luckily, after 5 days of searching we found him. It turns out he was not put in a kennel after his cleaning and had somehow escaped into the street through a series of 3 or 4 back doors without the staff seeing him. He was likely terrified from being in a cluttered treatment room with several barking dogs. We organized a search party, which included a number of professional pet searchers, along with our good friends and even some lovely community members in Coal Harbour. This incident was heartbreaking, exhausting, and completely avoidable and we hope that nobody ever has to experience what we just went through.
Dashing Dawgs is the best pet store that I have ever been too. My too little precious babys, Nico and Carly, spent the whole day with them and didnt want to leave. They did such a great job on there grooms and they have never looked better. Thank you so much!!!
Great local business with friendly, caring staff and excellent services including dental and grooming. Weve been going since they opened and never been disappointed. They know my pup and she always comes out happy and looking fabulous.
Hands down the best grooming and customer service I've experienced in Vancouver. I take my 3 year old Miniature Schnauzer in for regular hair cuts and have been doing so for over a year. Not only am I extremely pleased with the cut, but the friendliness and professionalism of all staff is top notch. I don't write reviews often, but the owner, groomers and wonderful store and staff deserve it! Highly recommended!
My 9 month old golden retriever has really started pulling in the leash, and making walking unpleasant for everyone. The owner recommended a new type of face harness that Id never seen before. When he puts it on, we have a perfectly behaved dog! Its like magic! Ive recommend Dashing Dogs to many people because of this harness alone.
