Great service by the young girl that works here, she always makes me walk out with a smile. Good prices and innovative products that change often enough that I stop in once a week, even if I don't need anything! :) Thanks moonlight
Above and beyond customer service. They always impress me. We had to stop going to Korna because of they always told us the food we ordered would come in. We would continually check and they assured us. Four times in a row, they lied to us. So when we discovered Moonlight Dog Cafe carried the same food and had such great service, we have never gone back since. They always have an extra box of food for us ready. We never have to place an order! They also sell the food we get (K-9 Choice Raw) in single serving bricks. Such a brilliant idea!
One of my two favourite pet stores in downtown Vancouver. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Selection of dog accessories and treats change from time to time so we always come to see what new local goods they have. They also carry an amazing selection of frozen pet food and treats. Prices are excellent for the quality of the goods they carry.
Amazing experience. Fantastic products. Straightforward, honest, fact-based, extremely intelligent advice from a place of true care and compassion. UPDATE: My two senior dogs passed away on April 4/18 and exactly one month later on May 4/18. The owners could not have been more lovely and supportive. Even though we have moved out to the valley and we no longer have animals, I will still pop in to say hello. They are such wonderful people
This is the best pet store ever! Literally everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to help their customers. The selection of great food and toys for cats and dogs are amazing! They are great about giving out samples and making suggestions. We recently moved to Toronto. The fabulous owner, Eb, gave us sooooo much advise to help our move go smoothly. We miss Moonlight very much!
