SHAME SHAME SHAME This company illegally evicts tenants to make way for development. Tries to use loop hole of moving family members in to illegally evict tenants, serve eviction notices via telephone- illegal and breaches numerous rules and regulations to illegally evict tenants. SHAME!!
This is strictly a review for a recent open house by Katayoon Webb of REMAX Crest Realty (Westside) on July 19, 2018. Agent arrived late for a scheduled private showing. About 10 groups outside waiting on an open house and upon her tardy arrival, no feature sheets, just lets the hoard of 20 people into the house like cattle. I asked if downstairs is available for showing and her reply was "only for those who are seriously interested". We made a private appointment with you and that doesn't show our interest? We attempt to go around and her assistant mentions that one of the tenants is actually not ready for the showing as they were expecting an hour from the scheduled time. She also yells out demanding to obtain all potential buying realtor business cards. Needless to say we walked out of there fast. I admit i let my emotions get the best of me as I thought the property was actually quite nice but I truly feel sorry for the selling client represented by her on this deal. I'm sure the property will sell but for those looking for even a bit of professionalism, look elsewhere.
