A Plus Florist (Tom) made a timely delivery of a bouquet of beautiful flowers to my wife. I was originally disappointed with an order miscommunication, as the image on the FTD website is very misleading. I contacted A Plus directly and they promptly and generously solved the issue. A real "stand-up" business and excellent flower arrangements!I would recommend them again, but definitely call them direct and avoid the online "wire service" FTD.A+ Service. Thank you!
So disappointed. My sister sent me an arrangement for my birthday. It arrived November 4. What I received was what looked like an arrangement that had been made up earlier in the week for Halloween. The arrangement was in a pumpkin shaped vase. The 3 roses in the arrangement were already passed their prime when it was delivered (really open with hard black edges) and some of the gerbera daisies were done by this morning - Nov 6. I haven't had the heart to tell my sister as she arranged this over the internet from the UK. I don't see how I could recommend them as a local florist if this is the sort of product they provide for an overseas client.
The display of flowers ( rotten) was an embarrassment in the funeral. We were very disappointed.
Delayed delivery by a day, then tried to deliver when I told them no one would be home.Almost dead roses, small arrangement. My mother spent $$$.Terrible, would never recommend them to anyone.
