I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to because of my disappointment.I ordered a dozen roses about a week in advance to Valentines day. I assumed my order wouldve been held at the back, but to my surprise the worker grabbed a bouquet from the display. He took off the price tag and handed it to me saying that it was my order. I paid $70 for them, and they were visibly of poor quality. Half of the roses had black tips or cuts in the petals. He tries to convince me that theyre supposed to look like that I was pretty upset, so he told me I could substitute them, but of course by that time all the good ones were picked out... Yes it was their busiest day (Valentine s Day), but given that I ordered in advance I expected better. To me it seemed like they didnt care about my order and gave me a bunch of leftovers.
Quick service and reasonable prices. I came here on mother's day when they were sold out of most bouquets but the lady helped me make a small bouquet out of the rose/astilbe I picked. Second time I bought the fish bowl but they only premake it for online orders. I didn't order online but she got it ready for me in 15 minutes. One thing they can improve l on is there's no way to use PayPal or any other method other than credit card with security pin. More payment options may increase your online orders!

For Valentine's Day this year, I sent my boyfriend on a scavenger hunt of our first dates. I always buy him flowers for his shows at Mei Mei Florist, so I sent him there to pick up a rose and a card with his next location.The staff has always been absolutely amazing. They're always supportive of my boyfriend's shows and I leave laughing every time. They also always help me make the prettiest bouquets. On Valentine's Day, their busiest day of the year, they went above and beyond. They gave him a beautiful rose and a card, and asked him all about his scavenger hunt. They believed in keeping the love alive. A big thank you to the Mei Mei Florist team for helping Louis and I have such an amazing day.
Went in here 2 days ago on a last minute trip to pick up an arrangement for my mom. The staff were polite and efficient and whipped up a beautiful bouquet quickly based on the budget I requested. I was happy. My mom was happy and loved it. They were super friendly and I would highly recommend this place.
