I am so surprised by some of these review. I have been using (only) Bloomex for years as my Flower delivery service. I have always had my orders delivered on time. I often send my mother flowers for special occasions. She always sends me a picture. One time she sent a picture of an arrangement (that she loved) but it was not at all what I ordered. I sent the picture to Bloomex and they immediately sent a new arrangement to my Mother free of charge! My lovely Mother got 2 beautiful flower arrangements for her birthday! I just ordered another one for her Birthday tomorrow and I am confident it will be delivered on time and my Mother will love it! Thanks Bloomex!!
Ive used these guys before. And I was mostly satisfied. I do agree the flowers are somewhat different from what is shown and I dont like the fact that if you buy a vase they deliver it separately from flowers (flowers not in vase upon delivery). The last thing I ordered for next day delivery got delayed for three more days. I havent heard from the recipient yet so Im hoping they showed up today. We shall see. And I will review accordingly.
PLEASE! Do more research on flower shops before ordering flowers through Bloomex. We placed an order at the beginning of the week requesting a floral arrangement and basket of goodies to be delivered on the Friday for a family birthday. They never arrived. There was no contact to let us know that they could not or would not be delivering them. But we had a confirmation email stating that they would be arriving on the date we requested. Trying to follow up was a nightmare. You cannot speak to anyone at Bloomex EXCEPT if you want to order something. You must send an email to which you get a response stating that someone will be back to you within 24 hours. They then proceeded to give their explanation for no delivery and said that they would send a much bigger and better bouquet to compensate. 5 days later it finally arrived and the flowers were a disaster. Not even in a real bouquet - just a bunch of mismatched flowers thrown in a vase and definitely not bigger than what we had ordered. Our corner grocery store butcher could have done a better job! I tried reaching Bloomex again, and again got a message saying they would be back to me within 24 hours. Which they did not. 5 days later I went on the chat line and was informed that the flowers do not necessarily look like the photo. I am still trying to get some where with them BUT we will NEVER ever ever use Bloomex again for any orders. I have learned to research the community I want the flowers sent to and contact a flower shop directly. Bloomex ensures that they don't have to listen to the complaints they receive by hiding behind their website. Good luck trying to get anywhere with them.Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
Wow, I can't believe how easy it was to order flowers, a vase, chocolates, etc., and have them shipped the same or next day. And the online chat support was excellent. Much more affordable than FTD or even local florists, I would certainly recommend Bloomex to anyone who wants to get a quick gift out to someone or make a splash without breaking the bank. Imagine -- a dozen roses for only $25 (Friday special).
I received 5 star customer service from Emily. I had a custom order, and she answered every question and guided me so well. But when my order was delivered to the recipient, they had entirely changed the flowers! I had ordered 8 orange Lilys, for a very specific reason, and they changed it to orange roses. No notification whatsoever. And when I emailed customer service about a possible refund, they not only didnt offer that, there was no explanation for the change, nor an apology. They simply stated that it was up to their discretion which product to use, as long as the colors were similar and the roses were of much higher value. Thats shady business to me. Not impressed. If I had wanted a random bouquet, I couldve chosen a much cheaper option. Extremely disappointed.
