Completely rude, unhelpful and inconsiderate staff. I used to purchase all my flowers there and do all my deliveries and orders for our company from this florist but after my last two experiences at their store, I will NOT be going back. They overcharge without letting you know and they are not considerate to their loyal customers. Even the other lady in the store at the same time as me said they were completely rude and didnt agree with how they treated me. She also said she will not be going back. They also charge for wrapping. Go to urban fare down the street. Friendly service, great fair prices and they wrap for free!
Great flower shop! I was a regular until i moved to Toronto for a year and after coming back I can say that the quality is still as good as when I left. They renovated the store so the variety is even bigger now. The ladies who work here are so helpful and nice, thank you so much!
I have been buying flowers at this shop for close to 10 years. I am shocked to see anyone call these awesome ladies rude. I've only experienced the opposite. They are always kind, always ask about my son 'the boy' which is very sweet and never have they turned up their noses at my budget as I typically spend very little on a handful of flowers to brighten my condo. This is my first ever google review and I'm doing it because I saw them yesterday and they were upset about a bad post that felt undeserved. They work hard, I've never been in that store where it wasn't the two of them working and I've always been greeted with a smile and a laugh. Keep on keepin' on ladies, I think you are both superstars!
Used to love this place but the last couple times Ive been the service has been so rude I rather go somewhere else.Not only are they not willing to help but like to try and pick arguments with you. The flowers are beautiful but I cannot say the same about their service
Just bought this beautiful bouquet of flowers for my sisters baby shower. Had many pleasant comments about it at the shower. The women here are absolutely great and are lovely to make conversation with. Thank you so much. Will be coming back soon!
