I am from Calgary and was in the neighbourhood to go to a family dinner. I googled Concept Floral and saw the reviews, so decided to pick up a bouquet for my sister in law. I arrived close to closing without calling ahead. I was graciously received by the staff. I was asked what flowers I might want in the arrangement after being shown what was in the cooler, and my budget. The stylist created a beautiful arrangement within my budget and beautifully presented. My sister in law loved the colours and I was so impressed with the quality of craftsmanship.
