Great prices, friendly helpful staff. But 4 stars because the pay till is usually understaffed with a lineup and the till operator has to answer phones or choose who is more important. A contractor told me he has to put up with this lineup along with the casual retail folk. Whats up with that?

I was treated poorly when I drove into the yard to pickup a load of lumber. Nice selection of fasteners though.
This is the best lumber store on the Westside. They have a fantastic BBQ section. Tools, and household supplies besides the lumber side. Highly recommend this place great customer service. If they don't have it they will tell you where it's available or better yet get it for you. The Farrow and Ball paint store is a branch of The company . One the most important reasons for going there is they remember you, personal service is tops.
