Brinkhaus has great service and a prime location. The environment inside is nice for browsing and the sales people are not pushy. The selection of watches is limited but makes sense for such a small store. They are able to order in much more than they have in stock

The Brinkhaus staff were incredibly patient and helpful while I was exploring my options (both within the stores selection and from other jewellers). No pressure, very knowledgeable staff, and sage advice. They even shipped in an item from another province to allow me to make a more informed decision. Incredible service. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the store. Theres a reason they have been one of the most highly regarded jewellers in Western Canada for decades. I could not recommend them more. Shopping for luxury goods should be fun. Whether it be "window shopping" or looking for a specific timepiece or other jewellery. Vijay and Irina made the experience of getting my Patek Philippe, and a gold ring made by Brinkhaus themselves one of life's great experiences.Over the years, I have visited Brinkhaus many times. Regardless of the fact I am not often there to purchase a specific item, I am always made to feel welcome, unhurried and absolutely no pressure to buy. I am impressed with the level of service I've experienced. I purchased a watch that had a manufacturer's defect (s**t happens), when I came back with the issue, I was dealt with in the most professional manner. Irina, the manager of the location, was exceptional at keeping me up to date with regards to resolving the issue. I have a high standard when it comes to customer service, and many businesses hold true when it comes to servicing during the sale. The true testament of service is post-sale. Do they care about keeping me happy? The issue was resolved elegantly and I couldn't be happier with my watch. Would highly recommend Irina and her team!
I had a three month old Rolex Daytona tutone. I accidentally got one of the pushrods for the chronograph stuck. Their estimate was $900 for the three pushrods.Ive been took it to Otto Friedl At the hotel Vancouver and pick it up two hours later repaired for $90.
