I contacted the store wanting to buy a Rolex 43mm Sea Dweller which was released onto the market earlier this year. The store told me that they do get these watches but they only sell them to their VIP customers, and because I'm not a VIP customer then sadly they will not be selling the watch to me. I asked if they have a waiting list, and they just repeated the info about only selling to their VIP customers. Not a good experience. Cannot recommend this store.
I was very pleased having deal with MC Jew in Oakridge Mall.The staff is very occupational and friendly.They definetely know product they sell and my impression is always like I talk to professionals in watchmaking...Dennis Law is aticipated all my customer's needs and even more.He did his best to find product which I really adore.I wish this man and whole team best regards.Way to do business,guys, I say!
I would highly recommend MICHAEL HU. Courteous, honest price, and good service. He prepared some snacks and beverages for my two children, so that we could spend some quiet time viewing some watches. Thumbs up for being courteous! We received the watch early, Michael made the purchase smooth, and again prepared some snacks for my children while explaining some home care instruction to us. Then when I asked him about my TAG's inaccurate time, he offered to fix my 8 year old watch at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous he was.
The mall closes at 6. I was denied entry at 5:15-ish because they were ''starting to clean up and preparing to close for the day''.......?????? Well i am fine with this if it's store policy, but at least make it clear on the website or store directory so that customers like me dont spend hours of commute time just to be denied entry WHILE the store is still open.
Horrible service. Brought my AP Royal Oak diver to have a strap change done, and after having them unsuccessfully change it, the sales guy lost and accidentally replaced one of the screw locks with a different fitting one. Also he bent out of shape one of the strap lug screws, put a scratch on the watch, and said I need to pay for ordering the replacement screw set (of which he bent the original). Also left the watch overnight on Sept 8th, when i picked up the watch on Sept 9th, the date on the watch was 15th, meaning they played with the watch. Wrote a letter to the store twice and never heard back. I will never recommend anyone to buy from this store or be a customer of this chain
