I usually dont rate unless the service is appalling! This Korean lady that I engaged to dry clean my clothes was rude and disrespectful. Took out my cuff and didnt put it back. Whats more upsetting was, I am trying to figure out where my cuff. She took my money and ask me to go home and figure out. Thats the worst customer service ever! It seem to me that she got lots of customers and cant be bother losing one or two! If that the case, I will engaged someone that is respectful and professional! Be warn about their treatment to customer as they are too cocky or cant be bother with patrons!!!
Going to any laundromat is not the most luxurious experience but I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The owner is lovely, she is always smiling and offers help whenever needed. I brought in a stained white top to wash and she scrubbed it with bleach for me. I have visited Highland laundry several times and will continue to do so.
The owner is so friendly and helpful! She always helps you find a machine to use when it's busy! Free parking in the front and rear. The only thing is it's a busy area being the only laundry mat, it can get busy. Cheap bank machine inside for your convenience. Plus a tv to watch while you wait
Very friendly staff, easy to get to and staff will wash and fold your clothes, the price varies on weight so excellent place.
