Theives... I come in to do my laundry, I ask for change, I give the man a $100 bill, he tells me to go put my stuff and turn on the cleaner because they are closing soon while he gets me change. I come back to get the remainder and out of hurry didnt check the change. Once Im home I notice he played me and didnt give me all of my money. My fault for not checking and trusting him but still pretty shady. I come back and naturally he doesnt remember and they dont have cameras to check. Life lesson learned but also dont trust this business. Many reviews talk about their poor and rude customer service so this isnt a surprise if they steal.
I never got a chance to even come into this laundromat because they were very rude over the phone. I'm new to the neighborhood and need to find a place that can clean two large comforters. This is the closest place for me. On the phone, a man was able to tell me that it would cost $7 for one queen-sized comforter. Awesome! Then I proceeded to ask about pillows, to which he simply said "Ok, ok, ok..." sounding like he clearly didn't want to be on the phone anymore, didn't let me finish my question, and hung up on me! I have never been treated so poorly by any company over the phone. Never going to come here even though it is much closer than other places in Kits for me, this is not worth the short walk. I hope they treat their other customers with much greater kindness and respect.
