Lifemark is top notch. They have a huge facility with everything a patient could possibly need. The premises are bright, open, and modern.The staff at reception are very welcoming, helpful and professional without fail. The therapists I have worked with (Taryn & Janet) are beyond amazing. They have a genuine interest in their patients' well-being. The techniques they use are solid and borne out by science. They challenge me in the best way possible.I am incredibly grateful to be a patient of Lifemark's. My health is my most precious asset and I am thrilled to work with therapists who have the same view. I always leave Lifemark feeling physically and mentally stronger. 5 stars always!
I learned a lot at Lifemark while working with Taryn. When I arrived, I was unsure of how the program would work, how I would feel, and if it would help. After finishing the program, I feel stronger and more confident about my physical abilities. Taryn is a delight to work with. She is kind, caring, professional, and has a wide range of exercises to assist you in your recovery. A couple of times, when I working independently, if one of the other physiotherapists (mainly Warren or Sattie) saw that my form needed correction, they would help. I liked that there was a group effort to assist clients. I learned to have faith in the process and that there is an emotional component that comes along with the physical healing process (Taryn was very supportive through several of my teary moments!). My best advice during your physical rehabilitation: BE KIND TO YOURSELF.
Abeed, Karilyn and the whole team at Lifemark are fantastic. We came from Australia to see Abeed for my mother and we were treated superbly from the moment we made the booking. Abeed is passionate, thorough and takes a holistic approach to his work. He aims to understand the person beneath the problems and was amazing throughout our stay, thank you all for everything.
I have been a client at Lifemark for over 6 years. My physio Paula is simply the best. She is knowledgeable, resourceful and empowering. The front desk staff is also terrific. They are friendly and efficient. Today, I had yet another experience worth mentioning. My manager at work suddenly came down with a severe spasm in her back, was in a lot of pain and wasn't able to move much. I called Lifemark and wondered if Paula would be available. Well, she was of course very busy, but made time for this emergency. We made our way over to her as soon as we could and Paula spent nearly an hour with my manager. I was so impressed by the whole incident: Paula, the front desk and, the overall culture of this organization. Thank you for your service to Vancouver.
Me and my husband are very lucky to know my OT, who works as an Occupational Therapist at Lifemark keeper st Vancouver.She always give us a very positive mood and energy whenever we meet together.We are very grateful for her lots of appreciations and knowledgeable experiences.During rehabilitation, my OT is always listening carefuly what we have the symptoms, and always try to find a solution for the symptoms.I would always say I owe my OT a real debt of gratitude for her help.She is so supportive and accommodating that suited our changing needs.Also, all of the administrative and staff always feel very friendly and nice. Lifemark was amazing during my recovery!Cheers!!!
