I had a great experience using Storguard self storage. The facility was extremely tidy and they were able to accommodate everything I needed in a storage locker. Garry was very professional and friendly and made the entire process so easy. I highly recommend going with Storguard if looking for a personal locker!
We recently needed a storage locker in a pinch and called up Yaletown Mini Storage and received outstanding service. They were so easy to work with and the within minutes we had a storage locker waiting for us. Gary at the front desk was so helpful and charming. I would highly recommend using Yaletown mini storage to any of my friends not only for the amazing location and clean facility but also for the awesome staff!!
Awful customer service. Asked to call member of staff member working working on 28 September 2018 evening shift 8pm.Said he called a moving van. He did not yet told my elderly parent he did.Made my elderly parents wait 2+ hours before they were forced to call a cab. Do not use this storage. You could find much cheaper + with better service.
I had the pleasure of having to rent a storage unit here when I did a summer promotion. The guys working at this place are very nice. Highly recommend it!
Garry and Dave at the Yaletown location are fantastic. I was in a bit of a pickle with my moving situation and Garry was amazing and so helpful from start to finish. Moving alone is a stressful time but Garry made everything go so smoothly that it was super easy! I can't say enough on how absolutely fantastic the service was. I would highly recommend them!
