The service was excellent right from the start. When we arrived our locker was clean and ready. Also when an issue came up Elizabeth was quick to remedy it and went above and beyond regular customer service. I highly recommend this facility for self storage
Went today to view an empty locker for future storage and had a fantastic experience, ended up being able to settle everything we needed on the spot! Elizabeth & Anne were so friendly & helpful, and we got the cutest welcome bag. Above & beyond service from "just a storage place". I would recommend this place to everyone! Friendly and helpful staff made it a great stuff-moving experience. Rates are reasonable, and units are clean and secure. Great for students storing stuff over the summer.
A very good operation. We rented here for 3.5 months and were very happy with the facility and process. Pro tip: try to avoid renting in a place where you need to use an elevator and small carts to move your stuff. With the containers here at VSS, just back up the truck, load/unload and save a great deal of time and aggravation.
I highly recommend Vancouver Self Storage. The customer service at this facility is truly 5 star! The manager welcomed us our move in day with a welcome basket of jams, crackers, and cheese and even memorized our names by the number of our storage unit. I was amazed when I came to the front desk, told them my unit number, and they immediately addressed me by my last name. Phenomenal customer service and great pricing! Do yourself a favor and use this company for ALL your self storage needs!
