Here is one of the many Sky Train stations in and around Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Sky Train provides a comfortable and reasonable priced way to travel about the city. It glides smoothly from the Vancouver International Airport all the way into the heart of the downtown areas. While initially the train travels above ground for the first four stations it then goes underground and makes really good time. For a few dollars you can travel from the airport to the Waterfront station located right on the waterfront of the city. So don't be surprised to see fellow travelers on board with their suitcases in tow. It is truly a great way to get around Vancouver.
this is one definitely of the most busiest Canada line stations outside of downtown. get off this station if you want to discover some of vancouver's best small businesses. there's a ton of them miles long covering both sides of West Broadway street. this station is in a GREAT area if you want to try some local cuisine. be aware that the 99 b line line up can be a mess during rush hour because the line up forms a straight line and spills into the entranceway. there's usually a busker playing some kind of musical instrument on the left side on your way out which is cool. i like that there's a convenience store inside this station if you want to grab something on the way to the platforms.
Slow service. Great citizen.
Great location. The station also has a couple of juice joints inside. I don't know why though. I hardly see people there. There are trains every 5 minutes or so, even outside of peak hours. I hardly find the time to go there. The escalators and the elevators work great, for people with needs.
Nice for a busy station. Lots of different stores nearby.
