No staff and one if the three self service machined was out of order. I couldn't work out whether I needed 1 or 2 zones ticket. Tried to buy a travel card and my MasterCard was rejected. Used the free phone help line and was told I could use a 1 zone ticket but I would need change as notes are not accepted. Less than great but I got there in the end. Red in arrived quickly and was clean and tidy. Pretty cheap, too.
Very good station. Right near Rogers Arena and BC Place. So if you live in Richmond near the SkyTrain and want to take transit to a game or concert, you take the Canada Line to Yaletown - Roundhouse. Nice clean station built in 2009.
This station never changes place. I love that!
The reason for the low score is the lack of escalators going down. With luggage, it's an issue
