It's always clean here. If you want to take the skytrain to richmond, there's quite a long walk, with escalators going down and another near the back of the station. I sometimes miss the skytrain going to richmond because the walk is so long! The station is in a OK location. Not many business near here, the closest is the bubble tea store a few minutes walk away or oakridge literally 5-10 minutes walk away. There are no shops inside the station. (i wish they did) There are often people handing out free newpapers in the mornings here which is nice. Other than walking from/to Langara college, transferring busses, or walking to a residence area, there's not much else you can do near here.

Clean and well informed station. Everything is clear and easy to follow as a tourist... However...
Very convenient stop to head to the Langara college and very packed time to time.
I prefer the stations on the east side of Cambie so I'm biased
