Very friendly man. I had left an email on his website and he replied within 10-15 minutes and was available a few hours later to meet up. Took less than 5 minutes to get my keys copied. Super easy process and super inexpensive (6 dollars for 2 keys!). Keys worked like a charm. Highly recommend! Also he takes cash, debit and credit! Will definitely be using his services again.
Misha was of great help when I needed to get some keys cut after work! He was very nice and efficient and accepts credit card payments! I would recommend his services to anyone.
Misha is phenomenal. He was early and I was running late. He waited patiently the entire time. He was honest initially in telling us that there would be no benefit to adding a deadbolt to our door for security reasons. It's a rare find to have someone so genuine and honest in doing business. I have added him to my trade/contractor list and will use again. I have used many - I will only call Misha in the future. Price is extremely fair.
My key broke when I was trying to open the door to my place, it fell apart into two pieces with one stuck inside the lock. I called West End Lock and Key and after 20 minutes Misha came here to save me. Very professional & kind service, I live in an old building and he noticed few other problems with my door and the door frame which he fixed straightaway. Now, for the first time since I moved here, my doors close properly! I could pay using credit card and I received a receipt to my email, convenient. The rate was fair I think for a downtown and an after hours service.
