Mickey showed up in a hurry. Seemed impatient. I explained the problem. He fiddled with door handle and lock for a minute. He told me he couldn't fix it and didnt know who could. Charged me $30. Didn't pull out a tool. Lame
Mickey was AWESOME! My lock at my rental kept spinning and the tenant couldnt get in at 11pm (cue nightmare). I called Mickey because of his great reviews. After talking to him and some others quickly realized he was by far the best priced for a late night call (others charge some insane $250 -$300 for a late night call) and the one who could be there quickest. Mickey was also the only one to pick up on the first call. He was there in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had to install a new lock. All in 30 minutes he finished the new lock. Great attitude and quick. Easy pay with credit card. No upsells, no extra fees. He saved both me and my tenant a lot of stress. Easily recommend Mickey for day night and every other kind of call you may have. Will only be using him from now on out! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Gave my key for copy and got it back quickly. But when I tried the copy key, it didnt work on my door. So I called Mickey back and told him the issue. I went over to give him the key. He took the key and directly refunded me my money without even properly listening to why I think the copy key might not be working. He was honest but it wasnt worth my time to meet him twice. Hence I wouldnt recommend him.
I just had Mickey work on my door in my condo. As soon as he picked up the phone, he was friendly, professional and straight to the point. He showed up in 20 minutes at my door, worked on my lock for another 20 minutes and I was more than satisfied with the finished work. I would recommend Mickey for any of my family and friends and I would call him again when I need his skills.
