After a serious accident in Ultimate Frisbee that resulted in a torn ACL, meniscus, and micro fracture surgery to repair torn cartilage I was grateful to have Timberly help me through my recovery . From being on crutches to riding my bike and pain free living, Timberly worked patiently with me to rehab all the affected areas of my body. I was ecstatic to get back on Skis, even telemarking! I would recommend Timberly to anyone as her knowledge is far reaching and her personal care and encouragement are amazing Doug Gibson

I've been going there for years and have received excellent care from the initial interaction with front desk staff all the way through my physiotherapy sessions.Front desk staff have gone above and beyond including helping me with paperwork when my vision was temporarily impaired. They're kind and funny and bother to learn the names of regular clients. I always feel welcomed.I see both Dan and Shaana and they each have a different style. Thanks to them we discovered the mechanisms that weren't working properly and got me back on track with my healing process.

I decided to try City Sports and Physio for recurring elbow pain that was affecting me during badminton and volleyball which had been bothering me for years. Mark was able to quickly diagnose my injury as an ulnar nerve entrapment, calm down the problem area, and set up an awesome exercise routine that is easy for me to follow and that I can do anywhere. Mark makes sure that you completely understand what's going on with your injury, how long it should take you to recover, and why each exercise is so important for success. Mark is a very personable, funny, and competent physio and I would recommend him to anyone!

Im very pleased that I was referred to City Sport Physio and to have Justin Wilson as my Physiotherapist. I have been a client of Justin for 3 years and my experience have been outstanding. Justin has great hands, competent, kind, cares about well-being, he has taken the time and fully explain my conditon. He helped me to be pain free/relax and back on my baseline. The outcome was miraculous; love the cupping accupunture and IMS. Highly recommended!

Hit or miss depending on your therapist. The first person I met with was absolutely amazing and helped fix my lower back and shoulder. They were extremely pleasant and really cared about helping me. If this was my experience the second time, I would say this is a 5/5 place.Unfortunately I went back after neck injury and the previous therapist was no longer there. The new one I worked with was nice enough, but thats about all I can say positively about them. They massaged the affected area and gave me some time with an electric massage tool called a TENS. (These devices are available online for $50 and are easy to use personally)Next they told me to go work in the gym area by myself while they jumped around to the 2 or 3 other patients they were seeing at the same time. I dont have insurance so I was paying $75 per session for less than 30% of the therapists time. I really had to push and prod the therapist to tell me what the nature of my nature of my injury was and how to fix it. I dont want a massage and I didnt come here to work out by myself. I want an action plan and advice on how to fix the problem. Overall I felt that my time and money were totally wasted the second time around. It wasnt just one session, I came back a few more times after that and had the same experience. From what I know many of the physiotherapists here are really great, but I personally had a poor experience the second time around. Allowing your physiotherapists to see multiple patients at the same time is a total joke and I will not be coming back because of this.
