Took my mother in law here for a surprise mani/pedi. The nails were done very well, props to the ladies for that! However when it comes to customer service they are lacking. I was promised on the phone a 20% discount for my future visits on services. After I paid my $250 bill I asked to make sure I would get 20% off on my next visit and she said no we dont do that anymore. Ive worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I wouldve at least offered a one-time 20% off the next visit for the promise that was said on the phone. Companies need to stand by their word. Because of this I will be seeking services elsewhere.
I loved it here! I had such a great experience getting my gel nails done for the first time. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The staff was wonderful. My nails look perfect! Highly recommend :)
This is by far the BEST manicure I have ever had. I had the Maia Mani (shellac) and it lasted 4 weeks, no chips (and I am rough with my nails). So impressed, great experience. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
As a guy who doesn't like strong fragrances, I really liked the skin care they used for the facials. It smelled very neutral, I ended up buying their night nectar for me and my wife. We both love it! The treatment was very relaxing and the massage was excellent! I'd recommend it! And it looks pretty cool in there too.
DO NOT BOOK BY EMAIL! I booked an appointment online via email over a week in advance, but when I arrived they didn't have my appointment in the system. It was actually a birthday present to my friend who was coming in rush hour traffic from North Vancouver to get there for the appointment. We had already had to reschedule once and it's difficult for us to find times we're available as we are both super busy. We were really excited for our pedicures today and they were completely unable to accommodate us. They offered 50% off pedicures tomorrow, but when I said we were unable to make that time work the conversation ended there. What about offering a gift card? Or 50% for a future service and let me book at my own convenience when I'm in a better mood to reschedule? The receptionist said she didn't receive my email confirming the appointment, even though I had responded immediately with a Yes! as soon as I received her email. Perhaps in future, if you don't think you have received an email confirmation you could email the person again? And maybe you would see that they HAD in fact already emailed to confirm. I am super disappointed with this experience. The salon looked beautiful and I was very excited to try it. I doubt I will make the effort to book their again. Huge bummer. Wasted $ on 90 minutes of parking to boot!
