Everytime that I have visited Swan Spa, I have left feeling refreshed, tension free and relaxed.I don't normally write reviews but this time it was a must. I suffer from chronic pain due to an injury that usually acts up in the winter months.The combination of deep tissue massage and traditional Chinese massage has greatly help with alleviating the tension in my problem areas to the point that when I walk out of the spa I am pain free I usually go in for a 90 min massage. What's great about the spa is its convienent location in Coal Harbour, most rooms are equipment with a full shower, and they have their own infra ray sauna too! Regular customers can also take advantage of their value massage packages.
Great massage! I get terrible knots in my shoulders and even the fanciest spas usually fail to really deal with them. This was a true myofacial release massage. It can be a little rough if you are used to a light touch, but it is exactly what I wanted. Staff was professional, and the price was amazing.
We had a wonderful foot reflexology massage. Until we went to pay. We got verbally assaulted to tip from all the ladies who worked there. Just on principle we then refused to tip and they said "no thanks to you". So rude!!! Would have tipped if they hadn't been so blatantly rude! Learn some customer service.
My boyfriend and I had deep tissue massages at Swan Spa and we both were really pleased. We are athletes and needed mega tension release, and that we got! A very different type of massage than what we are used too, enjoyed their techniques, and we will definitely be back for more. Also, customer service was top notch. Super kind, friendly, and all smiles.
Me and my wife are happy with our massages. We had no issues, price was great. Will be back!
