I have had various treatments over the years at this place, so I am confident in saying after today's massage that Vida spa is outstanding. All my tight muscles get loosened just with the right amount of pressure. Gabi listened to my areas of concern and seemed genuinely interested in addressing each one. She even showed me some stretches after the session was over. I highly recommend Vida spa!
My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a 2-hour RMT massage on Christmas Eve. Seeing how expensive the services are, we expected to feel super pampered. There is no free parking for spa guests which was a huge disappointment. The receptionists weren't particularly pleasant or personable. They did the absolute bare minimum. They didn't ask "how're you" or say any holiday greeting. There was no mention of a pool, sauna or fitness facilities. Once I was led to the lounge, they were out of the picture. The bathroom area, lounge and our RMT was their only saving grace. Our massage therapist was incredibly warm and personable. She gave an excellent massage and both my partner and I were thrilled. She's the reason I'm giving this place any stars. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a "treat-yo-self-day". Considering we spent over $600 dollars there which is totally not the norm for us, I expected more.
Always so pleased with their service and quiet atmosphere. Serene, pleasant and great service. They offer fruits, nuts and tea in the waiting lounge. I'm never disappointed when I bring my out of town guests here.

My favourite spa because of Gabi!! Best facial in town I agree with the below ratings pertaining to front desk staff bc they are not helpful, but I dont go there for them I go for the relaxing atmosphere and for Gabi!!!
