I've been getting my eye lashes extensions on and off for about 10 years. Mostly good experiences and some not so good. Today, I decided to try out a new place at the Spa by Ivanka Trump. Betty is hands down the BEST lashes technician I have ever had! She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and ensure we are on the same page before proceeding. My lashes have never looked this good and it's all thanks to her and her skills. To top it off, I received a cute little cookie on departure, what a treat! The atmosphere at the spa is relaxed and comfortable!
Went to the spa on Sunday and was amazed by the interior design. The hot steam is worth the experience, however, my massage was below average in terms of service and experience. If you want great service over design I highly recommend Rosewood spa at the Hotel Georgia.
Amazingly well trained staff. Impeccable service. Very good private suites with private computerized steam/shower , vanity room. Crystal water & tea served in each room. I had a ritual package & it was blissful. I used to visit the Vida spa every time I'm in Vancouver. Now this will become a MUST GO when I'm in town. Although expensive, totally worth it.
Amazing service. The most personalized spa experience I have ever had. The private suites to change are one of the best features. Usually hotels won't I've you access to their pool this spa does which is a nice treat. All of the staff have the most amazing customer service skills and make the experience very luxurious. I will be coming back every month now for a massage. This just doesn't compare to any Fairmont or anything.
This place wont even serve non-human registered Democrats. Republicans, cats, dogs, and treasonweasels only.
