This person (Colin, I think) knows his keys. The duplicates he cut for me are smoother/better than the original! He is a true artist in an age of indifference. I sincerely hope he takes on an apprentice or two.

It's 4:14 pm and this place is closed while it says it's open until 5 pm. The shop is in a sketchy building basement with no signs and no one's picking the phone up. Thanks for wasting my time I'm going to the competitor just down the block.
