Had a bad plumbing issue Saturday, we called K.Cs they came out quickly, they were awesome and professional , the tech was super nice and tidy and fixed our problem right away, there rates are very reasonable also, We would for sure recommend them to all that are having plumbing issues.
Phone in for an emergency because my water tank is not working, the dispatcher is really pleasant to talk to and very helpful and she sent someone right away. The technician is very nice, he explained to me the details how my water heater works which Milani's technician didn't do. I work at the hotel and I will definitely move to KC Plumbing from now on.
Booked a hot water tank change. Reception was very friendly and informative. Plumber arrived 1.25h late. Was told there would be no travel time charged but plumber was not aware of this. Called the office to make sure I would not be charged after, but when the invoice came the charge was there. It was removed when I called again about it. The plumber worked at a good pace and seemed to do a good job and was friendly. However, when you're paying $125/h for labour it doesn't seem as professional when you see the plumber and helper on a smoke break, they probably weren't aware I could see. Hot and cold were switched when my laundry machine was hooked up again. It was a good thing my laundry machine detected this or I would have had no idea. Cost just under $1200 as I also needed a pan and they had to go get a junction box. I would possibly go with them again but my advice would be to get a clear quote, they are clear about possible extra charges, but I would also double check your invoice!
Do not look anywhere else for any of your plumbing or heating needs. We have dealt with many plumbers and companies over the last several years and have not even come close to the skill or support that we received at KC Plumbing. The staff at KC are exceptional from Mady the administration manager, Craig the estimator and Hank our technician we couldn't have been happier in terms of skill, service and personal care. We had a plumbing issue and had several plumbers come out to the house only to be told time and time again that we would have to break down our wall in order to repair the leak to our ensuite bathtub. We decided it couldn't hurt to have KC's "free" estimation and opinion about the repair. We are so so so thankful we made that call. Craig came out and was able to determine that the repair would be possible without additional wall damage and came up with a plan. Hank came out 2 days later and quickly completed the repair in much less time than we had anticipated. He was confident and competent as well as personable. Hank even noticed a small piece missing on our roman faucet set and informed us that he would order the part from Moen and let us know when it arrives. We will ALWAYS call KC for any future plumbing needs and do not hesitate to fully recommend their services. Thanks to Mady, Craig and Hank.
I just called KC's after calling a few other companies. Rather than just give me a quote, they went through a diagnostic over the phone. When they had gathered the info they informed me that this would be a strata issue. They could have quite easily sent out a plumber to do an inspection and charged. Instead they chose to be honest and helpful. Their website even has itemized pricing. Open and honest, well-done K.C's!
