I called Leo's plumbing on a Sunday I had a great guy showed up it was an emergency he warned me it would be expensive as he would have to charge me double but he gaurenteed my issue would be fixed.Half an HR later it was all done and I was $634 dollars poorer.The next morning Leo the owner called me to make sure I was satisfied with the work which I was , he recommended I would probably need to change the pipe as it was a large job I said I would get back to him.Not an hour later I all of a sudden had the same issue when I called him back he said he would have to get back to me and he had no plumbers available ,then he called me back and said the machine which he had charged me to use on top of his hourly rate was now broken.He suggested I call Roto Rooter so rather then helping me he took my money and then didn't properly finish the job. I called Roto Rooter the plumber that came was extremely professional,empathic and didn't charge me for the visit he suggested that I change the pipe and would not have any more problems going forward which I then did.I asked him how much a Sunday service call would be it would only have been about $400 they would never charge for equipment only an belt also they would gaurentee their work .So I got completely ripped off.Leo's plumbing had been recommended to me as it was a neighbourhood plumbing company instead it was a joke obviously he is not reliable does not stand by their work and definitely doesn't think of the neighbourhood he says he services . The funniest part was that he kept calling me back to ask me what the other plumber had suggested ,well all I can say he didn't get my business let alone a lucrative large job I WOULD NEVER call him or recommend this horrible company .Completely unimpressed
We have called Leo's many times over the past 4 years for our hair studio in Kits and they are consistently excellent. They always make us a priority when we have emergencies and the team is professional and friendly. Great service, great value. Will continue to give Leo a call for many years to come!

Got a call early one Saturday morning from the strata president . . . water pouring down in the garage below my unit . . . might my hot water heater have blown? I rushed over, shut off the incoming valve; there was water all over in the hallway, in the closet where the water heater lives, etc. But even after the shut-off, there still seemed to be water everywhere. Called the plumber the strata uses . . . kept saying he was coming, never did. Called Leo on a Saturday. Explained what was happening. Leo was straight, had one plumber busy on a job in Kits who might be able to get away for half an hour for an emergency visit. About half an hour later, John showed up. Quickly found the leak in a wall BETWEEN Two Units a floor above! John stopped the leak and was gone in less than 20 minutes. Super work I will always appreciate. Now the unit is rented out and the resident says there's a leak . . . so I'm calling LEO !
