Since a client referred us to Save More Plumbing 7 years ago, we have made them our primary source of fixtures and plumbing supplies. Our sales rep, Matilda, provides some of the best customer service and product knowledge we have ever experienced. They have a great selection that has never let us down, and if they didn't have something in stock, they will order and get it in promptly. Their contractor prices are some of the best we've seen. They are very helpful! I had an issue with my toilet and I went to the showroom looking for help. I made a video of the inside of my toilet and showed the man sitting at a desk. He knew exactly what was needed and asked me to go home and confirm the make of my toilet so he could be sure. I did and called him and he had the part (not the exact one for my toilet but he said it was compatible) brought in the next day! My toilet is back to normal :-) They have really nice products around their showroom too!

I worked with both Mambo and Matilda. Mambo visited my job site and recorded everything I needed. Matilda is who I saw at the showroom selecting items. I love their tag-team work flow! Whenever I had a question, I always had access to at least someone over phone or email. Mambo has a cheerful attitude and both had wonderful plumbing product experience. Their manager was also very helpful for lighting! Excellent service!
Probably THE BEST organized showroom I have been to in the lower mainland. My family is building a new house in Vancouver and we are also planning our lane way home and after quite a bit of searching, we feel we found our one-stop-shop. My wife loves how everything is organized in their showroom and the staff are very helpful. We came in focussing primarily on our plumbing product needs but the lighting selection has got us planning ahead now. I can't stress enough how we feel this company out does all the rest in the city. Thank you for all of your help and for the great prices and selection!
