Reid Brothers just replaced our gas furnace. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were efficient, professional responsive and on time. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
4 weeks ago, I had them fix a kitchen sink. I actually heard the guy on his phone with the office say "why should I sell them a new vanity, it's only a faucet, and I can totally fix this one." This company pushes their people to sell, instead of doing plumbing. I feel they are shady. I am never going to use them again . How can you trust them? A good little scam they have going.
I always call these guys first when I have a plumbing/heating problem. They can get quite busy so if it's not an emergency but I want something sooner than they're able to help, that's the only time I get someone else. But that's rare, and yesterday I called during their busy season and got an appointment for this afternoon. Everything is fixed and lovely!
We had some leaking faucets that were tough to fix because the access was tiled over and the faucet manufacturer had changed hands. They were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem with suitable replacement parts in one afternoon. Good, solid service.

I had two other Vancouver HVAC suppliers bid on the job and Reid Brothers responded with the most comprehensive proposal, good equipment (Trane) and low price. Half way into the install I decided to upgrade one of the components and they added the upgrade for no charge. Their techs worked quickly and the system operates well.
