Fantastic place for dinner and drinks! I recommend reservations ahead of time as this is a fairly small restaurant and always a busy one! the food is delicious and the service is great. I have been there a few times and each time 3 dish is enough for sharing between 2 people. all in all a very positive experience
The food is great, recommend the bread, very special. Smoky and buttery flavor. The portion of the duck is bit small for an entree but taste very good. clean and nice environment, the price definitely matches with its quality.
My husband and I went to AnnaLena to celebrate our belated honeymoon and my pregnancy and we have the most amazing foodie experience. We were received with a sparkling wine for my husband and a non alcoholic version for myself. Everyone was extremely friendly and looked after us during the whole evening exquisitely. Special mention to our personal waiter, Martin that helped to make our special dinner unforgettable.
Absolutely outstanding. The staff were exceedingly charming and knowledgeable and appeared to genuinely love working there. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairings. Every bite of food was thoughtful and delicious. When I tasted the buttermilk fried chicken, it was like I had seen Jesus.
The service was absolutely amazing and the food was even better. First time at this restaurant and I was blown away by the care from the wait staff. They were super knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to plates and water cups. We each had a great cocktail and split 4 plates. The fried chicken was crispy and paired well with the home made pickles. Mussels were local and had a great lemon grass flavour. The torn bread with the mussels was really special. Pasta was freshly made and was well balanced. We were pretty full by this point but still really enjoyed the halibut. It had a great sear and the hash was bright. Overall this place rocked my socks.
