Best ambience. Luxurious amenities. Massage suites are decadent. Services are top notch. Rooftop patio has cool vibe. Round beds provided with towels and blankets and cocoon covers offer privacy. Love this place.
I injured my leg the night before and they wouldnt cancel my appointment nor move the appointment to another date without charging the full amount first since my accident happened within 24 hours prior to the appointment. I am very disappointed since this spa has a high rating! Shangri-la spa should have better understanding and empathy towards to the customers.
Excellent customer service. It looks just like the pictures. Very fancy and sophisticated. They have a small swimming pool overlooking the Keg, Sauna, and Gym is well maintained. Its pretty cool place to chill and spend your whole day in quiet with multiple options so you dont get bored. Must try it once (:
