I feel Apple is just after the money. My new phone, computer and iPad have never worked well. My phone is barely 3 months old!. I would not recommend this company.

Dont take your I-phone to Apple if you want an honest assessment . My 2.5 year old I-phone 6 died and refused to take a charge - nothing I did, just happened out of the blue. I took it to Apple Oakridge and their genius supposedly ran a diagnostic and then told me it was simply broken (he couldnt explain how it was damaged just that it would not accept a charge) and there was nothing they could do. I would have to purchase a new phone and all my data not backed up to the cloud would be lost. I asked if they couldnt just try a new battery as I had some precious photos I really wanted off the phone. He said no. So what could I do - I bought a new phone. Then took my old irretrievably broken phone to a techie and he replaced the battery for $70 with a 1 year guarantee- and the phone is fine!!!! I feel that Apple took advantage of me - is this really how you treat loyal customers! You lie to them so they buy a new product? Poor service!!! Poor business model...fool me once...

Just terrible. I'm an Apple products consumer, but customer service in this store is outrageous. Long wait times, but there's plenty of staff walking around aimlessly doing their own thing talking to each other. "Genius" are very hit and miss. Most of them are rude and unable to understand simple problems. Although not much better, the Apple Store in Richmond provides better customer service. But I much prefer going to US for Apple support. Canadian Apple Stores are inept across the board.

Brutal went in to have a battery replaced, the guy looked at it signed in for the work was told to return two hours later. Went back in two hours time to be notified that the phone had water damage which the first guy already checked for and said was good phone has been in a life proof from day one. They offered to sell me a new phone for $400 instead of just replacing the battery for $30. All in all brutal and wasted four hours of my time for nothing would recommend going to a different apple store

Went in to look at Apple watches with my wife. Took one of the display models off of the holder so she could try it on. Was approached by an older employee and curtly told that they weren't allowed to be removed from the holders or tried on, and that the ones we were looking at were expensive. We felt very unwelcome and left.
