I bought a ceiling fan here, only to find after installation that it was defective. Brought the item back and was concerned because the return policy indicates that opened merchandise may not be returnable. Customer service agent was understanding helpful, and quick. I appreciated the refund and the friendly service
Joe in the Hunting & Fishing Dept is a stand out employee. I lost my car keys during my last visit. Joe helped me search the store, and even went as far as to help me search the parking lot in the dark with a flashlight well after his shift had ended and the store had closed. The next day I followed up with him, again friendly and professional, he made an additional effort to talk to the managers and security, and told me when he was next working to follow up with him again. That same day, with the help of Helen (the Manager on shift, also very professional and helpful) they tracked the security footage and managed to locate my keys. You cannot train people to give a sh*#, they either do or they dont. Its this type of interaction that ensures my loyalty to a store, specifically the Bentall location. Cheers you guys
Brought my car into the auto shop to get an inspection. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Couldnt have asked for better service. Stanley, was particularly helpful. If you go there, ask for him.
I ordered and paid for the MASTER Chef Bios H2O 16 oz Soda Cups online. After I received the pick up confirmation, Canadian Tire (Burnaby south location) called and told me the product was out of stock. While the other locations (Vancouver and Surrey) had it in stock, the customer service person only offered a refund and wouldn't ship more product over. This makes me feel that when they make a mistake, they only want the solution that makes them the easiest.I had to take the receipt to the Grandview location for an exchange. Since I could only go the next day, I called ahead wanting to put the product on hold. Was told couldn't because the products on sale can't be put on hold. I understand that but it was you that screwed up the online purchase order wasn't it??? And you still hold your stupid policy over your customers!!!Anyways, the soda cups work great like the other reviews. Will recommend, but will also warn my friends about the awful customer service at Canadian Tire. (Obviously lots of negative reviews on the sucky customer service on Yelp.
I looked for the product I wanted online first and it told me what isle I'd find it in the store. What a great service! I knew exactly where to go when I got to the store! I deducted one star because self serve check out was not as smooth as I was expecting.
