I normally buy tickets online but so happy I went in to visit FlightCentre on Main & 12th. Amy listened to my long list of wishes for an all inclusive and she not only came through but once I paid and walked away she upgraded the package without me even knowing! Not that they're always able to do that but really the number of times she answered the same question with pleasantness really was customer service at its finest.
