I can't say enough great things about Jessica (Jessy) Renshaw at Renshaw Travel. She is so organized, on the ball and provides amazing customer service. She has access to wonderful benefits with all the top end luxury hotels. Whenever I email her, she responds so quickly and not only answers my questions, but then goes one step further and provides me with further suggestions/information. We recently traveled to Prague and she found us an amazing hotel and was able to offer us so many added benefits for no additional cost (upgrade, free buffet breakfast, food/spa credit etc)...but what was even more thoughtful was that we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary without the kids, and she arranged to have a photo of our kids framed in our room when we arrived. Jessy definitely provides exceptional customer service and provides a lot of value when organizing/booking a trip!
This is one of the best, if not THE best travel agency in Vancouver. But the agency is only as good as the individual agents who work under their name. My family and I as well as extended family have had the good fortune to link up with Shane Maddaford. Shane is a true gentleman and a first rate agent. For the many years that I have had the fortune to have Shane arrange all our business and personal travel, we have been nothing but delighted at what he has done for us. He not only met our expectations, he went above and beyond and consistently exceeded them as well as remembering details that we had long forgotten about. Costa Rican Honeymoon:I have been working with Carly and the team at Renshaw Travel since 2013 when Carly first booked the honeymoon trip for my wife and I to Costa Rica. Every trip detail was planned immaculately from flights, to the hotel accommodation at two of the best resorts in Central America, to the transfers between destinations the entire experience was first class. Carly worked with us to determine the things that we liked and did not like down to every last detail so well, that our trip ended being the most perfect adventure and getaway that we could have asked for. Since then, Carly and the Renshaw Travel team have worked with us on other trips, including helping us determine the perfect accommodation for an upcoming trip this summer.
