Very bad service, very bad! they don't show any care of their customers. I work close by, so I thought to book our summer vacation with this branch, but by visiting twice, plus emails and phone calls, I even didn't get a formal quote from them. every time they promised to get back to me TODAY, but they don't. After waiting for couple of days with no answer, I had to book my vacation through another branch in Richmond Center shopping mall, even just by phone calls, the Richmond branch successfully booked my vacation. (I even didn't need to go there)However, because the Howe street branch delayed my process, my trip will spend couple of hundreds more on flight tickets!Very bad service. Will never go this branch again!
Carly Hollinger at this Flight Centre location is amazing! Always smiley and personable, fast and efficient, can sort out every travel concern you might have. She's been helping me for couple of years already and always been great arranging both short or long term trips. Couldn't ask for a better travel agent!
